We love sharing our story!

It all started when…

Our founder Julie Anne Gilleland has traveled around the world telling her story and inspiring people to see their own creative spirits and potential.

She developed Think with Things, through years of working with children and adults. In 2007, she started Turtlewings Atelier in Brussels, Belgium, a non-profit for educators, children and families to explore design thinking. In this environment the true idea of Think with Things was born. However, it wasn’t until 2014 that she set up Think with Things, after winning the Open Education Challenge and her idea being proposed as one of the best Edtech companies in Europe.

Her talks about getting back some of the qualities we all had as a child: playfulness, imagination, questioning, an ‘anything is possible’ attitude are inspiring and definitely can get all involved thinking! Check out her talk at Creative Mornings Brussels, 2018
